Junior/Mid-Level Full Stack Developer
($60K - $80K)
The Full Stack Developer will contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end development. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, under the supervision of the Software Application Manager.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in the deployment of new software applications, identify, and troubleshoot issues with business application software
- Create and oversee protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications
- Design and develop web-based user interfaces, application integrations and backend automation routines to improve business efficiency
- Maintain corporate public websites
- Contribute to software architecture documentation and adhere to application standards
- Participate in code reviews
- Participate as a subject matter expert in software scoping, verifications, validations, and user acceptance testing
- Provide hands-on software training to end users
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and/or experience:
- Two or more years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Technology Development Stack
- Proven experience in designing and developing systems using C#, Blazor, Entity Framework Core, MVC, Minimal APIs, .NET Core (.net 6+), and RESTful Web Services
- Proven experience in designing and developing web-based user interfaces using various technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
- Experience Microsoft SQL Server 2012-2022, Queries, Store Procedures
- Experience in maintaining and developing SSRS Reports
- Experience with DevExpress Components (a plus)
- Experience with ERP integrations (Epicor ERP development is a plus)
- Degree in computer science or related field experience

- Ability to identify problems and review relevant information to evaluate options and develop solutions
Physical requirements:
- Constant use of hands and arms
- Good depth perception, hearing, speech, and vision (including ability to distinguish colors)
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
Other skills/abilities:
- Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio or VS Code for SQL Query Execution
- Support existing applications and software services in use, both developed and purchased
- Microsoft SharePoint O365
- Proficiency with other Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio based on O365
